Bank BIC has a super simple account opening process

Requirements Personal Account

Valid Identification Document (ID/ Passport);
Non-Residents should present a valid tourist VISA.
An initial deposit of N$ 200,00 and N$1.000,00 for Non-Residents.
Source of Funds form (e.g., ATM slip and card used, slip from the bureau of exchange, if in possession of foreign currency the Exchange at the bank it's enough proof)
